Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Criminology
A scholarship will be awarded annually to a student enrolled at Missouri State University with a declared major in the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, or Criminology. This award is equal to one semester tuition and fees.
Applicant should have completed 60 hours of academic work and have a grade point average of 3.50 or higher.
Recipient must be a full-time student (12 hours) when applying for and when using the award.
Applicant should submit a completed application form, a written personal statement, and one official copy of an up-to-date Missouri State University transcript. Your personal statement should include a summary of your merit in such areas as scholarship; campus/departmental activities; community service and leadership; a brief description of life or work experience that may enhance your professional potential; and a discussion of your professional goals and future plans. Two letters of recommendation should be sent to the Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Criminology.
The Cralle Scholarship covers tuition and fees (books not included) for one semester.
